What is a salon suite?

A salon suite is an upscale mini salon that allows individual beauty professionals to own their own business without all the risks, expense, and overhead related to traditional salons.
You have the luxury of working when you want, the freedom to use and sell the products of your choice while keeping all profits.


Who Would be a typical candidate for a salon suite?

Salon suites are set up for almost any industry professtional.

  • Commission stylists who have built their books to be at 50% prebooked. If you are making at least $350 per week at a commission salon, you are ready to start your own business in a suite.

  • Salon owners that are ready for a change and want to get out of the responsibilities of ownership.

  • Booth renters that would like to take their career to the next level.


What do i need in order to start my own business?

You will need a cosmetology license, a mini salon license and furnishings to fit your style.
An established clientele is also very essential.


What is included in each Salon Suite?

Each salon comes with a Belvedere shampoo bowl. All furnishings are supplied by the stylist. Furnished suites are an option, but only on request.


can I personalize my suite?

Your suite is your very own business. You can decorate to match your personal style. Major alterations must be approved, however. (hanging cabinets, replacing light fixtures). Visit our FACILITIES page to check out how other stylist have their studios set up.


Why would I want a Salon Suite vs. working at traditional salon?

Having a salon suite gives you all the benefits of owning your own business without the risk and expense of opening a stand-alone salon. In addition, if you are currently in a commission-based environment, you can almost double your income, work the hours you want, be your own boss, and take time off as desired.

The rules are what you make them. You can use any product of your choice, sell any product you want and keep all the profits. It is possible to pay your rent with retail profits alone!


Will I have to share anything with the other stylists?

The common areas are the reception area (that are equipped with seating and water for clients) and the breakroom (for staff).
